Meet Xan

Hello! My name is Xan.

Having worked in an acute hospital for many years, I’ve had the privilege to treat patients across a diverse range of medical conditions. This experience has allowed me to refine my skills and identify my passion in the field of musculoskeletal, women’s health and paediatrics. I found great joy in helping my patients recover their function, and it's this very reason that inspires me to practice my profession every day.

As a Pilates practitioner myself, I've felt its benefits in improving my posture, strength and flexibility. These firsthand benefits have encouraged me to incorporate Pilates into my physiotherapy practice, and my patients have been loving it so far!

Looking forward to helping you / your child in the journey to fitness - see you soon 😊
